FNL Mentoring

Through a request for applications process with the State Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs (ADP), the Friday Night Live Mentoring (FNLM) program is now finishing its fourth year with 26 FNLM counties. The counties are: Alameda, Apline, Butte, Contra Costa, Del Norte, Glenn, Kern, Lassen, Los Angeles, Mariposa, Mendocino, Merced, Napa, Nevada, Sacramento, San Diego, Santa Barbara, Shasta, Sierra, Siskiyou, San Luis Obispo, Solano, Sutter, Trinity, Tulare, Tuolumne, Yolo, and Yuba. Currently one new county has been introduced to the process and we welcome Merced County to the FNL Mentoring Program.

The FNL Mentoring Policy Committee is comprised of representatives from six FNLM counties (Butte, Kern, Yolo, Shasta, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Sacramento) ADP, CARS (formerly EMT), the Youth Leadership Institute (YLI), and the California Friday Night Live Partnership (CFNLP). The Policy Committee functions as the steering committee and the decision making body to the larger FNLM field.
